Stephanie McIntosh
My journey with massage began at age 12, when I knew deep in my heart that this work would be a meaningful part of my life. I graduated from The Bodhi Tree Center for Healing Arts in 2008 and have since dedicated my career to the art of listening—tuning in to both my clients and my own intuition to deliver personalized, restorative care.
Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in prenatal, post-surgical, and sports injury massage. My approach often includes techniques such as nervous system regulation and neuromuscular therapy. In the past five years, I’ve expanded my practice to include Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Safety Informed Touch, and Reiki—modalities that support deeper healing on both the physical and energetic levels.
I live in Dayton, Nevada with my husband of 20 years and our 11-year-old son. We enjoy gardening, cooking, dog walks with our pup Lily, and cozy movie nights. I personally find renewal in soaking at the Carson City Hot Springs, practicing Restorative Yoga, and attending live Sound Healing events.
My passion is to hold space for healing—wherever that may be. It brings me deep fulfillment to integrate my skills with your unique needs, supporting your well-being while contributing to a more compassionate and balanced world.
