I am an intuitive massage therapist with a holistic approach rooted in relaxation, energy awareness, and the mind-body-spirit connection. I believe the body holds deep wisdom and has the ability to restore itself when given proper care and attention. Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your individual needs — calming the nervous system, easing muscular tension, restoring balance, and creating space for healing.

Born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I grew up practicing ballet and various forms of dance, which gave me a strong awareness and understanding of the body. At 18, I moved to Seattle, Washington to pursue esthetics, but soon felt called toward massage therapy and energy healing. I discovered a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through therapeutic touch, presence, and intentional care.

I graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle Washington in 2010 with 900 hours and continue to deepen and refine my practice through ongoing education and experience. I moved back home to my home Reno in 2022. 

My specialties include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and tender point therapy.  Lomi Lomi, Thai stretching, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, hot stone massage, cupping, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, gua sha, facial massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, crystal healing, and sound therapy.
